Terms for using Amia.
What the service is
Amia is an AI product for personal reflection and self-knowledge. It helps people organize thoughts, notice patterns and consider possible next steps. It is designed for adults and for personal, non-transferable use.
What the service is not
Amia is not therapy, psychological or psychiatric support, medical care, diagnosis, clinical advice, a substitute for human relationships, or an emergency service. People in acute distress or crisis should seek qualified human support and emergency services appropriate to their location.
Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your account, device and PIN secure. You may not bypass security, interfere with the service, use it unlawfully, violate another person’s privacy, request harmful content or use a personal account commercially. The minimum age is 18.
Plans, payments and cancellation
Available plans, prices, renewal conditions and cancellation options are shown in the app and in the relevant app store. Payments can be processed by Apple, Google or another provider under that provider’s rules. Brazilian consumer rights continue to apply where required by law.
Your content and Amia’s intellectual property
You retain rights in the content you provide. You grant Amia only the limited permission needed to operate the service. The product, brand, software, design and original materials remain the property of Amia Interactive or their respective licensors.
Availability and changes
Features may evolve, be interrupted for maintenance or change over time. Amia is currently offered only in Brazil and in Brazilian Portuguese. This English website does not make the app available in other countries.
Brazilian law
The service and the governing terms are structured under Brazilian law. The complete Portuguese terms explain liability, account termination, dispute resolution, notices and other legal provisions in detail.
