See the patterns shaping your life
Amia guides conversations that help you notice patterns
in your choices, relationships and thoughts.
The pattern changes clothes,
but it is always the same.
You change jobs, relationships, cities. Months later, the same discomfort returns under a different name. No one names it in the moment. Only later, looking back, does the pattern become obvious.
Most self-knowledge tools miss the point. Wellness apps validate what you already think. Writing alone rarely exposes what you avoid seeing.
Amia asks one question after another until the pattern appears inside the conversation itself. The exchange below shows how that happens.
An AI that
thinks with you.
Four moments from one conversation. Move at your own pace.
Always under construction, never lived in
Boxing, painting, running, a third degree: every beginning is a chance to become someone new, more special than before. While construction moves forward, being there makes sense. When all that remains is living with who she became, she leaves.
Perhaps building a new self is a way to never have to arrive. Then one question remains: who is here when there is nothing left to begin?
A telescope
pointed inward.
It listens to what you're saying and reflects back what you haven't seen yet. Ten exchanges, one Note at the end. The first conversation is free, with no card required.
Designed
for clarity.
A simple process designed to reveal what you already know but haven't put into words.
Choose a card. Amia asks the first question. The conversation unfolds from your answers, with each exchange becoming more specific.
What simple moments brought you joy in the past few days?
Tell me about it
What hurt do you need to release to feel lighter?
Tell me about it
If failure did not exist, what would you choose to do?
Tell me about itNo public audience, no performance. Internal access is limited to the situations described in the Privacy Policy. The more direct you are, the more useful the process becomes.
After ten exchanges, Amia writes a Note about what remained implicit: patterns, tensions and beliefs you did not state. Read it the next day.
Notes About Me.
Where it all comes together.
Each conversation has ten exchanges. At the end, Amia writes a Note—a reflection about you that goes into a specific notebook.

Knowing yourself is a slow but transformative path. Each mirror reveals itself in time, as you reveal more of yourself.

That fleeting thought, that singular feeling—capture it before it disappears. The simplest moments can hold the biggest clues about you.

Between what you want and what you truly need lies a world of discovery. Separate genuine desires from the noise of life.

You don't need to see the end, only the next step. Here you learn to move with awareness and lightness.

Your tastes are clues. Your changes are revelations. Art, politics, music—everything tells a story about who you are becoming.

Everyone has supports and cracks. This area helps you see both, without judgment.

As Amia understands you better, new areas open up. The process is gradual, sensitive and entirely yours.
What you can
bring here.
Choose a question that makes sense for you right now. Amia starts lightly and goes deeper as the conversation evolves.

What simple moments brought you joy in the past few days?

What hurt do you need to release to feel lighter?

If failure did not exist, what would you choose to do?

Do you find it hard to say 'no' to people?
Not everything needs to be analyzed.
Sometimes you do not want to understand—you just need to let it out. My Journal is that place. No guidance. No interpretation. No direction.
The day is over.
Your mind is not.
You end the day, but something remains stuck. Unloading on someone who has heard it three times has a cost. Swallowing it does too.
In My Journal, you put it out there without asking permission. One conversation a day, resetting at midnight. Amia listens and asks at the level of the day: whether the meeting went well, who was there.
And it remembers. Tomorrow it may ask how the conversation with your sister went, without announcing that it remembered. Over time, what repeats there becomes material for the rest of Amia.
Conversations that
grow deeper.
Questions open by level. A new level unlocks only when half the questions from the previous one have become Notes. No one reaches the core in the first week.
You are here
Preferences, habits, your way of being in the world. Light, low-risk questions where everyone begins.
Surface
Opens when half the Level 1 questions have become Notes. Patterns, relationships and small contradictions. Amia goes a little beyond what you said without forcing an interpretation.
Depth
The same rule, now with Level 2 questions. Values, formative memories and your closest relationships. Here Amia says less and chooses each question more carefully.
Core
The last to open, after many Notes. Grief, guilt, emptiness and fear. No question from here appears early, and Amia listens more than it interprets.
Privacy
comes first.
Conversations are stored to provide continuity and sent to the AI provider to generate responses.
Amia does not sell this content or use it to train models. You can delete conversations and your account through the app. Read the Privacy Policy.

Advanced artificial intelligence. Sensitivity without pretending to be human.
Amia talks with attention and clarity but does not claim to feel. It organizes, asks and reflects—without taking the place of a human bond.

Amia does not replace therapy, psychological care or any kind of professional support. It is a space to organize your thoughts, at your own pace, in your own way.

It's interesting to use an AI that doesn't agree with everything I say. It showed me a contradiction I'd been pretending not to see for months. It wasn't comfortable, but it mattered.
Your questions,
answered.
